Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
This policy explains what information WAI (www.wht-ai.com, operated by WHT Construction Management SRL, a WHT Global Holding company) collects when you use the platform, and how it is used and stored.
What we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and a hashed password (if you sign up with email/password), or your name and verified email address if you sign in with Google or Microsoft. We never receive or store your Google/Microsoft password.
- Usage data: the questions you ask WAI, the AI-generated answers, and which engine/module answered - stored so you can see your own conversation history and so we can track basic cost and reliability metrics.
- Profile data (optional): anything you choose to enter in My Profile (age, health notes, career summary, interests, etc.) to power the "Think for me" feature. This is only used to generate answers for you and is never shared with other users.
- Personal OS (optional): structured details you choose to save under My Personal OS - identity, health basics, properties, vehicles, travel documents, and similar modules - used only to personalize your own answers, never shown to other users.
- Behavioral preferences: when you react "ok / so-so / no" to a Quantum Sync suggestion, or answer WAI's short "get to know you" questions, WAI saves a small preference profile (e.g. "seems to like travel topics") to make future answers more relevant to you.
- Safety/SOS (optional): if you set up the Safety feature, any emergency contact details or location information you provide are stored so the feature can work, and are only used when you trigger it.
- Profile picture (optional): if you upload one, it is stored on our server and shown back to you inside the app.
- Credit/billing records: your W$ balance, redeemed codes, and top-up requests. WAI does not process card payments directly today - see the Refund Policy for how payment currently works.
- Bring-your-own API key (BYOK, optional): if you choose to paste your own OpenRouter key, it is stored so we can use it on your behalf for your own requests.
- Basic technical data: IP-adjacent request logs and simple page-view analytics, used only to keep the service running and to understand overall usage, not to build an advertising profile.
How we store it
WAI currently stores data in structured files on its hosting server rather than a traditional database. Access to these files is blocked from direct web requests. One specific limitation we want to be upfront about: BYOK API keys and account records are not currently encrypted at rest - this is a known limitation of the current build stage, not a hidden practice.
Sign in with Google / Microsoft
If you use "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Microsoft", we request only your name, email address, and a unique account identifier from that provider (standard OpenID Connect scopes) - enough to create or match your WAI account. We do not request access to your Gmail, files, contacts, or calendar, and we do not post anything on your behalf.
GitHub modules (W-ENG X)
When an admin adds a free/open-source module from GitHub, WAI downloads that repository's public code and lets its README be summarized by AI for context - it does not execute that module's code, and this process does not involve your personal data.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
- We do not share your conversation content with other users.
Third parties involved in providing the service
Answering your questions may involve sending your prompt to an underlying AI provider (via OpenRouter, or directly to a provider such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or DeepSeek, depending on configuration), to a transactional email provider to deliver verification codes, and - for logged-in members, automatically, see "Live Data" below - a web search provider to fetch current results. These providers process the specific request needed to serve you, under their own respective privacy terms.
Live Data (current information in answers)
For logged-in members, WAI automatically sends part of your question to a third-party web search provider when it looks like current/real-time information would improve the answer (for example: weather, prices, news, recent events). This runs on WAI's own account with that provider - you are never asked to create your own separate account with it, and WAI never displays that provider's name to you in the product. You can turn this off entirely at any time from Settings > Capabilities ("Live Data"), which stops your questions from being sent to that provider going forward. This feature is not available to guests (not logged in) or to members with a used-up W$ balance, since it is not offered at no cost past a small monthly allowance - see the Refund Policy and Terms of Service for how the allowance and automatic billing work.
Your rights
You can review and edit your profile data at any time inside My Profile, remove your BYOK key from Settings, and permanently delete your account and its data yourself at any time from Settings > Danger Zone > "Delete my account" - no need to email us. You can also request a copy of your data by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under GDPR (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection) - the same contact applies.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
