Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WAI (www.wht-ai.com), operated by WHT Construction Management SRL, a WHT Global Holding company. By creating an account or using WAI as a guest, you agree to these terms.
The service
WAI is an AI orchestration platform: it routes your questions to one or more AI engines (W-ENG), offers free open-source calculators and modules (W-ENG X), and lets you optionally bring your own AI provider key. Some features are free; others consume W$ credit or require a subscription (see Subscriptions and the Refund Policy).
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password (or the security of your linked Google/Microsoft account) confidential. You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction to create an account.
Acceptable use
- Do not use WAI to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or intended to harm others.
- Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or bypass rate limits/credit checks.
- Do not upload malicious files or attempt to execute code through the module-ingestion system.
AI-generated content
Answers are generated by third-party AI models and may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. WAI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated output, including from the calculators/tools (which use real formulas, but you are responsible for verifying results before relying on them for financial, engineering, legal, or medical decisions).
Credit, subscriptions and payment
W$ credit is a prepaid balance, redeemed via codes issued after payment through a channel described on the My Credit page. SMB/Enterprise subscription plans are arranged manually with the WAI team (see Subscriptions) - submitting a request does not itself create a binding subscription until terms are confirmed by email. Live Data - automatic billing
Logged-in members receive a monthly allowance of free "Live Data" lookups (current published amount shown in Settings > Capabilities). Once that allowance is used for the month, each further lookup automatically deducts a small, published amount from your W$ balance - you are not asked to confirm each individual deduction, the same way AI engine usage itself already deducts from W$ automatically. You can stop this at any time from Settings > Capabilities, which also stops any further automatic deductions for it. WAI may also pause this feature site-wide at its own discretion (for example, as a cost-control measure) without that being a change to these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using WAI and permanently delete your own account at any time from Settings > Danger Zone > "Delete my account" - or by emailing [email protected] if you'd rather we do it for you.
Disclaimer & liability
WAI is provided "as is," during an active development/testing period, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WHT Construction Management SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
